Collaborative Science and Research Building

In the CSRB design state-of-the-art research laboratories are seamlessly integrated with collaborative, flexible workspaces for the University of Saskatchewan’s Biology Department. The building’s design complements the historic campus architecture through its signature Tyndall stone façade while introducing modern functionality. Advanced lab facilities include vivarium spaces, rooftop greenhouses, and research areas that celebrate the scientific process. By visually connecting laboratories with public spaces, the design fosters interaction and engagement between students and researchers, creating an environment that elevates discovery and collaboration.
