Dian is passionate about creating spaces that welcome everyone. With expertise in accessibility and inclusive design, Dian approaches every project with empathy and precision. Whether it’s healthcare facilities, community spaces, or commercial projects, Dian’s work reflects a commitment to equity, functionality, and beauty. Outside of the office, Dian loves exploring local art and architecture, always looking for inspiration to inspire her next design challenge.
Tayler Labelle: Intermediate Technologist
Tayler is the go-to problem solver in the office. With over a decade of experience, Tayler thrives on turning complex ideas into practical solutions. Known for a sharp eye for detail and a calm, collaborative approach Tayler helps project run smoothly from design through construction. When not drafting plans, Tayler enjoys volunteering for local organizations, playing board games, and spending time with his growing family.
Shawn Kelly: Senior Technologist
Shawn brings a wealth of technical knowledge and a steady hand to every project. Shawn’s commitment to sustainable design is informing Adero’s continued growth in the sustainability sector through his continued engagement with the latest research and trends in green building practices. Shawn’s experience helps to bring approachable and realistic design solutions to the table for our clients by blending innovation with practicality. Outside of work, Shawn’s greatest passion is spending time with his kids and giving back to the community through volunteer work with local dog rescues.
